I. How “PANTUM” collects and uses your data
 For the purpose of providing you with firmware upgrade services, we may collect and use the following data :

We collect the above information to help the operating system perform firmware upgrade services. If you refuse to allow us to use the above information, you will not be able to use the basic functions of this product. We will not use your data and information for any purpose other than those described above without your consent.

 The data we collect will be stored in Frankfurt, Germany, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will protect the security of all data we receive in accordance with the law and will not process your data beyond the scope of this policy.

1) Based on the satisfaction of the need to provide you with the required services, you agree that we may provide your information to the affiliates, dealers or distributors, authorized service providers of Pantum and third parties related to company transactions (your information will probably be disclosed to third parties as part of a business combination or transfer).

 To protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or alteration, Zhuhai Pantum Electronics Co., Ltd. utilizes reasonable and appropriate encryption procedures to ensure the security of the information collected and processed by “PANTUM”. However, please note that no website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure, despite all reasonable steps we have taken to protect your information.

 IV. How “PANTUM” handles the data of children

1. “PANTUM” will not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdictions) and “PANTUM” is not target children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdictions);

2. If you are a child under the age of 13, please do not submit anydata through this product;

3. If “PANTUM” receives data submitted by a child under the age of 13 through this product, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

V. How “PANTUM” protects your right of access to information

Unless otherwise provided by law, as an individual user of “PANTUM”, you have the right to access your data. You can access your data by the following method:

1.You can send us an request to review your data by sending us an email (privacy@pantum.com), and we will verify your identity (to ensure the security of your account or information), and respond to your request as soon as possible within a reasonable period depending on the difficulty of the information you want to inquire about and the industry practices for information inquiry.

2. In principle, you do not need to pay for your request to review your data, but for repeated requests that exceed three times within three months, we will charge a certain cost as the case may be.

VI. How “PANTUM” corrects your data

When you found that there is an error in the data we have collected from you, you have the right to request us to make a correction. You may request correction by sending us an email (privacy@pantum.com). We will respond to your correction request within 5 days.

VII. How “PANTUM” deletes the data collected

1. Uninstall this software directly from your computer; 

2. You may request us to delete your data by sending us an email (privacy@pantum.com):

·If you think that we process your data in violation of relevant laws and regulations;

·If you think that we have processed your information without your consent;

·If we process your data in violation of our agreement with you;

·If you cancel your account or refuse to use our product;

After receiving your email to request deletion of your data, we will undertake to take appropriate action on your request within 15 working days.

3. We may periodically review the data we hold and unilaterally delete anything that is no longer necessary to provide you with services at our discretion.

VIII. How “PANTUM”protect your right to withdraw your consent

We fully protect your right to withdraw your consent to the collection and use of data. When you choose to withdraw your consent, we shall not subsequently process the data corresponding to the authorization, and we shall not be able to provide you with the functional services corresponding to the authorization.You contact PANTUM through privacy@pantum.com to require PANTUM to do so for you.

IX. How “PANTUM” processes your data across borders

Currently, we will not use, store, share and disclose your data in cross-border business, or transfer your data overseas. If we need to transfer your data across borders due to any subsequent changes in our service content, we will only do so after obtaining your consent and meeting other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations or the national cyberspace administration.
